In addition to filling out individual scholarship applications students should also talk with parents about completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This is the main financial aid application that can help students qualify for federal, state and college aid. The application can be accessed at: FAFSA.

Another form that some colleges require is called the CSS/Financial Aid Profile.  Not all colleges require so be sure to check with your school to see if they do.  This application can be accessed at: CSS Financial Aid Profile

We also encourage families to check out what is called the Net Price Calculator. This new tool is mandatory on all colleges websites, and can give you an idea of what your net price would be at each individual college.

Many scholarships will require a transcript. Families can order a transcript from Parchment by visiting Parchment. For more information about transcripts and Parchment, please visit the Order a Transcript page.

There are also many individual scholarships that students are encouraged to apply for through their college or the counseling office.  To view a list of local, state, and other scholarship resources, use the link at the top or the bottom of this page.  As we are made aware of new scholarships and updated information they will be added to the list, so please bookmark the site and check back frequently!
